By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, booking a service, making a payment, joining a program, downloading any materials, or participating in any Haus of Light offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • Workshops
  • Masterclasses
  • Retreats, pilgrimages, or ceremonial experiences
  • Photography and personal branding services
  • Creative direction and brand-alchemy services
  • Community-based programs and online containers

The exact details, inclusions, pricing, duration, access period, deliverables, and any additional terms for a specific offer will be provided on the relevant sales page, checkout page, invoice, contract, booking form, or written agreement.

3. Eligibility

By purchasing or participating in any Haus of Light offering, you confirm that:

  1. You are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  2. You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
  3. The information you provide during booking or checkout is true, accurate, and complete.
  4. You are purchasing voluntarily and understand the nature of the service or product being purchased.

Haus of Light reserves the right to refuse service, cancel participation, or revoke access where false information is provided or where these Terms are breached.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency stated at the point of purchase, booking, invoice, or written agreement.

Payment may be required in full or through an approved payment plan, depending on the offer. By submitting payment details, placing an order, paying a deposit, or agreeing to a payment plan, you authorise Haus of Light and/or its payment processors to charge the applicable amounts.

You agree that:

  1. You are responsible for reviewing the full price, payment schedule, and offer details before purchasing.
  2. Payment is due according to the schedule stated at checkout, on the invoice, in the booking terms, or in the written agreement.
  3. A payment plan is a commitment to pay the full agreed amount and is not a subscription that may be cancelled at will.
  4. Failure to participate, attend, complete, access, or use the purchased offer does not remove your payment obligation.
  5. All outstanding balances remain due unless otherwise agreed in writing by Haus of Light.

5. Payment Plans

Where a payment plan is offered and selected, you agree to complete all payments according to the agreed schedule.

If a payment fails, is declined, or becomes overdue, Haus of Light may:

  1. Contact you to resolve the failed or overdue payment.
  2. Temporarily suspend access to services, calls, portals, communities, recordings, materials, or deliverables.
  3. Withhold further services or deliverables until payment is brought up to date.
  4. Apply late fees where stated in the applicable contract, invoice, or written agreement.
  5. Remove you from a program, container, community, mentorship, or service without refund if repeated non-payment occurs.
  6. Pursue collection of any outstanding balance to the fullest extent permitted by law.

A payment plan is provided as a financial accommodation only. It does not alter the total purchase price unless expressly stated in writing.

6. Deposits

Certain services, including but not limited to photography services, mentorships, retreats, pilgrimages, events, or private bookings, may require a deposit to reserve a date, place, service period, or deliverable.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all deposits are non-refundable.

A deposit may be used to secure time, preparation, administrative work, creative planning, contractor availability, venue coordination, or other business resources. If you cancel, withdraw, change your mind, or are unable to attend or participate, the deposit will not be returned.

Where rescheduling is permitted, it will be subject to availability and any offer-specific rescheduling rules.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital, educational, energetic, creative, ceremonial, mentoring, and service-based nature of Haus of Light offerings, all purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

This no-refund policy applies to all Haus of Light products and services, including but not limited to:

  • 1:1 readings
  • Mentorships
  • Trainings
  • Guides
  • Digital products
  • Courses
  • Masterclasses
  • Workshops
  • Mastermind programs
  • Photography services
  • Creative direction services
  • Retreats, pilgrimages, ceremonies, and events
  • Deposits and booking fees
  • Payment plans
  • Downloadable materials
  • Recorded content
  • Live or online programs

No refunds will be provided for:

  1. Change of mind.
  2. Failure to attend or participate.
  3. Failure to complete a program or training.
  4. Lack of use of purchased materials or services.
  5. Personal scheduling conflicts.
  6. Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences.
  7. A decision to discontinue participation.
  8. Delayed participation caused by unpaid or overdue balances.
  9. Removal from a program or community due to breach of these Terms.

If you choose to stop participating in a program, mentorship, training, mastermind, or other offer purchased through a payment plan, all remaining payments remain due.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-excludable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

8. Rescheduling

For private services, readings, mentorship calls, photography sessions, ceremonies, or other scheduled appointments, rescheduling may be permitted at the discretion of Haus of Light and subject to availability.

You are responsible for providing sufficient notice if you are unable to attend a scheduled session. Missed appointments, late arrivals, or failure to attend may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

If Haus of Light needs to reschedule a session, call, shoot, or event, reasonable notice will be provided where possible. Where applicable, an alternative date, replay, credit, or adjusted schedule may be offered at Haus of Light’s discretion.

For group programs, masterminds, trainings, masterclasses, or events, dates and times may be adjusted where necessary. Recordings may be provided where applicable, but access to recordings is not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the offer terms.

9. Program Access and Digital Materials

Access to programs, portals, recordings, communities, workbooks, guides, and other materials is provided according to the access period stated at the time of purchase or in the applicable written agreement.

Haus of Light may revoke or restrict access if:

  1. Payments are overdue.
  2. The access period has ended.
  3. You breach these Terms.
  4. You share, copy, distribute, or misuse materials.
  5. You engage in behaviour that is harmful, disruptive, or inappropriate.

Access to digital materials is for your personal use only and may not be transferred, shared, resold, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, teachings, frameworks, recordings, rituals, ceremonies, written materials, workbooks, videos, audio files, photographs, graphics, branding, templates, guides, downloads, website copy, and other intellectual property provided by Haus of Light remain the exclusive property of Haus of Light and/or Lara Maysa Ingram unless otherwise stated.

You may not, without prior written consent:

  1. Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials.
  2. Share login details or program access.
  3. Sell, license, teach, publish, or repurpose the materials.
  4. Upload materials to public platforms or private groups.
  5. Use Haus of Light materials to create competing products or services.
  6. Record, screenshot, or distribute private sessions, calls, or community discussions.

Violation of this clause may result in termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

11. Photography and Creative Services

Where photography, videography, creative direction, branding, or related services are purchased, the specific scope of work, deliverables, timeline, usage rights, and payment terms will be provided in the applicable offer description, invoice, contract, booking form, or written agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  1. Raw or unedited files are not provided.
  2. Final deliverables are selected and edited at the creative discretion of Haus of Light.
  3. Additional edits, reshoots, locations, styling, makeup, travel, venue fees, or production expenses may incur additional charges.
  4. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project scope, communication, payment status, travel, or production requirements.
  5. Client delays in providing information, approvals, or payments may delay delivery.

Haus of Light may use selected images, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, or project outcomes for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Community Conduct

For group programs, masterminds, trainings, retreats, ceremonies, pilgrimages, online communities, or other shared spaces, you agree to behave respectfully and responsibly.

You may not:

  1. Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate others.
  2. Share confidential information from other participants.
  3. Record or distribute private conversations without permission.
  4. Engage in discriminatory, hateful, or disruptive conduct.
  5. Use the community for unsolicited promotion, spam, or solicitation.
  6. Undermine the safety, privacy, or integrity of the group.

Haus of Light reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these standards. Removal for breach of conduct does not entitle you to a refund or cancellation of remaining payment obligations.

13. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential all private information shared by Haus of Light, facilitators, mentors, clients, and other participants during private sessions, group calls, communities, retreats, ceremonies, or programs.

This includes personal stories, business information, spiritual experiences, emotional disclosures, financial information, private messages, and any other confidential or sensitive information shared within the container.

Haus of Light will take reasonable steps to respect client confidentiality but cannot guarantee confidentiality in group settings where other participants are present.

14. Client Responsibility and Results Disclaimer

Haus of Light provides educational, spiritual, creative, mentoring, and personal development support. However, results are not guaranteed.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Your results depend on your own actions, decisions, effort, timing, personal circumstances, business context, and implementation.
  2. Haus of Light does not guarantee specific financial, business, emotional, spiritual, creative, relational, or personal outcomes.
  3. Testimonials and examples shared on the website or in marketing materials are not guarantees that you will experience the same results.
  4. You remain responsible for your own choices, wellbeing, actions, and outcomes.

Participation in any Haus of Light offering is voluntary.

15. Spiritual, Educational, and Wellness Disclaimer

Haus of Light offerings may include spiritual education, ritual, ceremony, astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, mentorship, personal development, energetic practices, creative embodiment, and other reflective or transformational modalities.

These services are provided for educational, creative, spiritual, and personal development purposes only.

Haus of Light does not provide:

  1. Medical advice.
  2. Psychological or psychiatric treatment.
  3. Legal advice.
  4. Financial advice.
  5. Professional therapy.
  6. Diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any medical or mental health condition.

You should seek support from a qualified licensed professional where appropriate. If you are experiencing a medical, psychological, financial, legal, or emergency situation, you should contact the appropriate professional or emergency service.

16. Retreats, Pilgrimages, Events, and In-Person Experiences

Where Haus of Light offers retreats, pilgrimages, ceremonies, photoshoots, or in-person experiences, additional terms may apply.

You are responsible for:

  1. Travel arrangements.
  2. Passport, visa, and entry requirements.
  3. Travel insurance.
  4. Health and safety considerations.
  5. Personal belongings.
  6. Arriving on time.
  7. Any additional costs not expressly included in the offer.

Haus of Light is not responsible for losses, delays, cancellations, illness, injury, travel disruption, government restrictions, weather events, force majeure events, or third-party provider issues unless otherwise required by law.

Additional waivers, contracts, or participant agreements may be required before attending certain in-person experiences.

17. Third-Party Platforms and Payment Processors

Haus of Light may use third-party platforms for payments, scheduling, email communication, video calls, digital delivery, community access, forms, or checkout.

These third-party services may include payment processors, booking tools, learning platforms, video conferencing platforms, email systems, or community platforms.

Haus of Light is not responsible for errors, outages, fees, declined payments, security issues, or technical problems caused by third-party platforms. Your use of third-party platforms may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

18. Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and responsibly.

You may not:

  1. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or related systems.
  2. Interfere with the website’s operation.
  3. Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful materials.

  8. Outcomes arising from participation in any Haus of Light offering.

Where liability cannot be excluded, liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service, to the extent permitted by law.

20. Force Majeure

Haus of Light shall not be liable for any delay, failure, interruption, or inability to perform where caused by events outside reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, travel disruption, internet outages, platform failures, government restrictions, strikes, war, civil unrest, extreme weather, emergencies, or other force majeure events.

Where possible, Haus of Light may offer reasonable alternatives such as rescheduling, replacement sessions, recordings, or adjusted delivery timelines.

21. Termination

Haus of Light reserves the right to terminate your access to any product, service, program, community, event, or offering if you breach these Terms, fail to make required payments, misuse materials, violate confidentiality, or behave in a way that is harmful, abusive, disruptive, or unlawful.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund and does not remove any outstanding payment obligations.

22. Changes to Services or Terms

Haus of Light reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or discontinue any part of the website, services, pricing, policies, or these Terms at any time.

The latest version of these Terms will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

23. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms, the website, or any Haus of Light product or service shall be handled in the appropriate courts or dispute resolution forums of Indonesia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
