This Refunds and Returns Policy applies to all products, services, programs, digital materials, bookings, events, mentorships, readings, masterclasses, photography services, and other offerings purchased from Haus of Light.

By making a purchase, submitting a deposit, joining a payment plan, booking a service, or enrolling in any Haus of Light offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refunds and Returns Policy.

2. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Haus of Light are final.

Due to the digital, educational, creative, spiritual, ceremonial, mentoring, and service-based nature of Haus of Light offerings, we do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges unless required by applicable law.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

  • 1:1 readings
  • Mentorships
  • Mastermind programs
  • Trainings
  • Guides
  • Digital products
  • Courses
  • Workshops
  • Masterclasses
  • Photography services
  • Creative direction services
  • Retreats, pilgrimages, ceremonies, and in-person experiences
  • Deposits and booking fees
  • Payment plans
  • Downloadable materials
  • Recorded content
  • Live online programs
  • Community-based containers

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept that your payment is non-refundable.

3. Digital Products and Downloadable Materials

All digital products, guides, courses, recordings, templates, workbooks, masterclasses, and downloadable materials are non-refundable.

Once a digital product is purchased, access is considered delivered, whether or not you download, open, view, complete, or use the materials.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  1. Change of mind.
  2. Accidental purchase.
  3. Failure to download or access the material.
  4. Lack of use.
  5. Failure to complete the content.
  6. Dissatisfaction based on personal preference.
  7. A belief that the product was no longer needed after purchase.

If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

4. Services, Readings, Mentorships, and Private Bookings

Payments made for private services, including 1:1 readings, mentorships, coaching-style support, creative direction, photography services, ceremonies, or other private bookings, are non-refundable.

When you book a private service, time, preparation, administrative work, energetic capacity, creative planning, and availability are reserved for you. For this reason, refunds will not be issued if you cancel, miss the session, change your mind, fail to attend, arrive late, or decide not to continue.

Rescheduling may be permitted at the discretion of Haus of Light and subject to availability. Any rescheduling terms will be communicated at the time of booking or in the applicable service agreement.

5. Masterminds, Mentorships, Courses, Trainings, and Group Programs

All payments made toward masterminds, mentorships, courses, trainings, workshops, masterclasses, group programs, or community-based containers are final and non-refundable.

By enrolling, you are committing to the full program, including any payment plan selected at the time of purchase.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  1. Change of mind after enrollment.
  2. Failure to attend live sessions.
  3. Failure to watch replays.
  4. Failure to participate in the community.
  5. Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations or subjective experience.
  6. Scheduling conflicts.
  7. Personal circumstances that prevent participation.
  8. Withdrawal from the program after purchase.
  9. Removal due to breach of conduct or non-payment.

If you choose to discontinue participation, all remaining payments under your agreed payment plan remain due.

This reflects the same policy structure used in the client agreement provided for the CALLED: The Mystery School Mastermind, where payments are final, refunds are not issued after signing, and payment obligations continue even if a client stops participating.

6. Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full.

A payment plan is a financial accommodation that allows the total investment to be paid over time. It is not a subscription and cannot be cancelled simply because you choose not to continue, no longer wish to participate, or have not used the service.

Missed, failed, or overdue payments may result in:

  1. Temporary suspension of access.
  2. Removal from programs, calls, portals, communities, or materials.
  3. Withholding of deliverables.
  4. Late fees where applicable.
  5. Collection of outstanding balances.
  6. Termination of access without refund.

Your payment obligation remains in effect until the full agreed amount has been paid.

7. Deposits and Booking Fees

All deposits, retainers, and booking fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Deposits may be required to secure a place, date, session, service period, retreat, event, photography booking, mentorship space, or program enrollment.

Deposits compensate Haus of Light for reserved availability, preparation, planning, administrative work, and potential loss of other bookings.

If you cancel, withdraw, do not attend, fail to complete payment, or are unable to proceed, your deposit will not be refunded.

8. Photography and Creative Services

For photography, brand shoots, creative direction, or related services, all payments are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  1. Change of mind.
  2. Client cancellation.
  3. Client lateness or no-show.
  4. Dissatisfaction based on personal preference.
  5. Rejection of creative direction or editing style after the service has been delivered.
  6. Failure to provide required information, approvals, or cooperation.
  7. Delays caused by the client.
  8. Weather, location, styling, travel, or third-party issues outside the control of Haus of Light.

Where rescheduling is possible, it will be subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Raw or unedited files are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.

9. Retreats, Pilgrimages, Events, and In-Person Experiences

Payments for retreats, pilgrimages, ceremonies, events, workshops, or in-person experiences are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms or required by law.

Haus of Light is not responsible for costs related to:

  1. Flights or transportation.
  2. Accommodation.
  3. Travel insurance.
  4. Visa or passport issues.
  5. Personal illness.
  6. Change of personal circumstances.
  7. Missed travel connections.
  8. Government restrictions.
  9. Weather events.
  10. Third-party provider cancellations or delays.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are able to attend before purchasing or submitting a deposit.

We strongly recommend obtaining appropriate travel insurance for any in-person experience involving travel.

10. Cancellations by the Client

If you choose to cancel a service, booking, program, event, or participation in any Haus of Light offering, no refund will be issued.

Where applicable, and only at the discretion of Haus of Light, you may be offered:

  1. A rescheduled date.
  2. A credit toward a future service.
  3. Transfer of your place to another eligible participant.
  4. Continued access to recordings or materials for the stated access period.

Any such accommodation is discretionary and does not create an obligation to provide the same option in the future.

11. Cancellations or Changes by Haus of Light

Haus of Light reserves the right to reschedule, modify, postpone, or cancel a session, service, program, event, call, ceremony, shoot, or offer where necessary.

If Haus of Light needs to reschedule, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and offer an alternative where possible.

Depending on the nature of the offering, Haus of Light may provide one or more of the following:

  1. A rescheduled date.
  2. Access to a replay or recording.
  3. An alternative session or replacement.
  4. A credit toward a future offering.
  5. An adjusted delivery timeline.

Refunds are not guaranteed for schedule changes, postponements, or modifications unless required by applicable law.

12. No Guarantees

Haus of Light does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, income, transformation, healing, business success, creative results, spiritual experiences, or personal breakthroughs.

A refund will not be issued because a client did not achieve a particular result or because the experience did not meet a subjective expectation.

All clients and participants are responsible for their own decisions, participation, implementation, wellbeing, and outcomes.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Haus of Light, you agree to contact us first regarding any payment concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

If you initiate a chargeback for a valid purchase that is covered by this Refunds and Returns Policy, Haus of Light reserves the right to provide evidence of your purchase, access, agreement to these terms, and participation to the payment processor.

Haus of Light also reserves the right to suspend access to services, materials, programs, or future bookings while a payment dispute is under review.

14. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product, course, recording, guide, portal, or online material, please contact us within a reasonable time.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you with access issues. However, technical difficulties do not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.

You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable internet connection, device, software, and email access to receive and use digital materials.

15. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refunds and Returns Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Where a right cannot legally be excluded, this policy will apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law.
